El Cerrito Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh, fruity and peppery

Type of Olive Oil:
Extra Virgin blend made with 70% Arbequina olives and 30% Picual olives.  Estate-grown on the El Cerrito estate which means "the little hills".   Maximum acidity is 0.2%.

Tasting Notes:
This oil has fresh, fruity aromas with notes of green apple and fresh herbs. The flavor features green fruits with notes of pepper.  This medium intensity oil is very versatile for cooking and on its own in dressings, dipping and finishing.
