Huerto Azul Rosehip Jam

Tasting notes:
Rosehip, a wild rose that grows in the south of Chile, develops a colorful red oval-shaped fruit from which we prepare a delicious sweet jam with a soft consistency. 

How to use:
Try it on toast, bread or cheese.  Use as a topping for pancakes and waffles, mix with yogurt or use as a sauce for desserts.

Rosehip is a great source of Vitamin C.  One serving (1 tablespoon) of Rosehip Jam provides 25% of your daily value of Vitamin C.
